Hardware<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A Laptop or Desktop<br \/>\n&#8211; With web cam (or any simple video camera) and microphone<br \/>\n&#8211; If use laptop, normal ear microphone (handset is sufficient)<\/p>\n<p>2. Software<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Can direct access through browser via zoom homepage (zoom.us) or<br \/>\n&#8211; install apps zoom for Desktop\/Laptop, or Mobile Device ( e.g h\/p or tab). Refer from Zoom homepage.<br \/>\nFor mobile apps can download from apps store.<\/p>\n<p>VC session:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; School of Computing (SC) will create a Cloud Computing Session with a unique ID Session<br \/>\n&#8211; SC will invite conference participant member via session ID. This ID can be shared by email invitation or share the ID through Wassap.<br \/>\n&#8211; If joinning VC through email, then just follow instruction from email.<br \/>\n&#8211; If joinning VC from normal internet browser, then just choose Join the Meeting (by key in the ID session that being shared)<br \/>\n&#8211; If using apps, then just key in the ID session (shared)<\/p>\n<p>Advantage Zoom<br \/>\n1. We can have group participant discussion with more than 1 participant and different site.<br \/>\n2. With account subcription, we can have more stabil session with unlimited period.<br \/>\n3.
