Greetings! Dr. Muhammad Thalhah Zainal here from Mechanical Precision Engineering department at the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur (UTMKL). My areas of expertise include computational fluid dynamics (CFD), combustion modelling, nanomaterial modelling, and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
As an educator, I teach a variety of mechanical engineering subjects such as C++ programming, AutoCAD, and engineering dynamics. My commitment to education is matched by my dedication to research. I am a full-time researcher at the Takasago Research Laboratory in MJIIT and an associate researcher at the High Speed Reacting Flow Laboratory at UTM Johor campus.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing chess, a pastime that challenges my strategic thinking in ways similar to engineering problem-solving.
