Knowing Who You Are:

Before joining UTM, I gained valuable experience through two postdoctoral research positions, which solidified my passion and strength in research and publication. I am confident in my ability to supervise students and research assistants, both in fundamental and practical aspects, within projects related to my field. However, upon entering UTM, I realized the importance of enhancing my teaching skills by mastering the subjects I teach and building confidence, especially when addressing large student groups. Additionally, I recognize the need to further develop my leadership skills, particularly in decision-making and effectively guiding research teams.
