On 1st and 2nd of February 2017, I attended an academic workshop entitled Constructive Alignment. The workshop was held at Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL), UTM Johor Bahru. During two days of workshop, there were two lecturers from Faculty of Education; Dr. Adibah and Dr. Rohaya, who are delivered a great technique on how to construct Course Learning Outcome (CLO) before the class begin. In brief, the constructive alignment is a principle used for devising teaching and learning activities, and assessment tasks, that directly address the intended learning outcomes (ILOs) in a way not typically achieved in traditional lectures, tutorial classes and examinations (Biggs and Tang, 2011).

In the end of the workshop, I personally realised that all lecturers need to have a concrete plan to cover the syllabus and assessment method before any class begin. We must put a higher priority at the started plan especially for CLO, to ensure all students could have a good learning process and correct assessment method. Otherwise, we will persecute students.
