Last 18 January 2017, I have attended A-STEP (Academic Staff Experience) workshop at Dean’s meeting room, Level 3, Block A, Faculty of Biosciences and Medical Engineering. The main purpose of such workshop is to engage all new young researchers and lecturers who are still under 4 years serving as UTM staff. The workshop was handled by our ‘otai’ in the faculty, Prof. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Mohammed Rafiq Bin Abdul Kadir. Tentatively, we will be having this kind of workshop every month.
For the first two hours workshop, we used LEGO to describe our own characters!!!!!! Later, we then used LEGO as well to describe the characters among our participants!!!! Meaning that we played LEGO for just two hours!!!
