From 6th until 10th of August, I have attended a program in which all new staff of UTM are compulsory to participate. The program have highlighted various activities that emphasis the UTM staff for working in high class level, independently, team work, help each other no matter the position of staff itself, and many more. The activities were puzzle game, building a tower using straw, jungle trekking, etc. If I am not mistaken, a total of 80 UTM new staff were involved in the program of year 2017.
