LONDON \u2014 The masked man who appears in the latest Islamic State (ISIS) video, directly addressing David Cameron and purportedly showing the killing of five men, is believed to be a British man called Siddhartha Dhar.<\/p>\n

Although not confirmed by officials, Dhar \u2014 also known as Abu Rumaysah \u2014 is reportedly<\/a> the focus of investigations into the video. A former businessman who rented out bouncy castles, Dhar was a prominent radical figure in London who was arrested on suspicion of encouraging terrorism but disappeared while on bail in 2014 and resurfaced in Syria.<\/p>\n
