CW’s latest superhero drama Legends of Tomorrow<\/em> may count a member of the Doctor Who<\/em> family among its ranks, but producers want to make one thing clear: They’re playing by their own time travel rules<\/p>\n

On the show, debuting Jan. 21 on the network, the existing home to Flash<\/em> and Arrow<\/em>, former Who<\/em> star Arthur Darvill stars in the role of Rip Hunter, a time traveler who puts together a dream team of super heroes \u2014 and a few baddies \u2014 to help save the world from certain doom. There’s action, adventure, and the kind of zany banter fans have come to expect from CW superhero hours<\/p>\n
