We finally got the screen adaptation of everyone’s favorite elementary school video game \u2014 we just didn’t realize it.<\/p>\n

New York Magazine<\/em> added 8-bit Oregon Trail elements to Leo DiCaprio’s The Revenant<\/em>, and honestly, the film loses nothing in the process. If anything, adding single pixel bullets and gravestones reading “[Your teacher]’s butt” to the hyper-realistic film might give it the edge it needed to become a huge blockbuster.<\/p>\n

If this had been the real<\/em> film, Leo’s Oscar would be as good as guaranteed.<\/p>\n
