Over in Colombia<\/a>, police officer Luisa Fernanda Urrea was called to a remote forest, where a baby was reported abandoned. Upon discovering the baby, Urrea realized that her umbilical cord had been cut, she was starving, and struggling with hypothermia<\/p>\n
