The Coldplay frontman told Fresh 102.7<\/a> that he picks one day a week to just not eat food. Newsflash, Martin: Starving yourself once a week will not fix you.<\/p>\n

It started when he was sick one time and took a recommendation to not eat for a day in order to “feel healthier” \u2014 not be<\/em> healthier, mind you. Because starving yourself is never healthy and nutrients aren’t the sort of thing you should ever just skip for a day.<\/p>\n
