Amy<\/em>, Asif Kapadia’s film about the late singer Amy Winehouse, won Best Documentary Feature<\/a> at the Oscars Sunday \u2014 adding another statue to the director’s cabinet following his Bafta win<\/a> earlier this month.<\/p>\n

But not everybody was happy to see the film receive the accolade. Amy Winehouse’s father, Mitch \u2014 who’s long been vocal about disapproving of the film<\/a> \u2014 was not impressed at the win, and tweeted his dismay Monday morning UK time.<\/p>\n

“Always proud of my baby,” he wrote. “Amy will not get an Oscar though. Just Asif Kapadia. That is what this is all about…Asif. He’s fooled everybody.” Read more…<\/a><\/p>\n
