A large part of China will face a brief but noticeable wave of cold weather this week, with strong winds and snow hitting some parts.<\/p>\n

The country’s National Meteorological Center (NMC) said<\/a> on Monday that most of central and eastern China will see temperatures falling between 6 and 10 degrees Celsius till Friday. It’s issued a blue alert for the cold snap \u2014 the lowest on China’s four-tier warning system that goes from red at the most serious, to orange, yellow and blue.<\/p>\n
