Mashable and PepsiCo collaborated to bring SX-goers the most interesting food and beverage options in Austin. The PepsiCo NSPIRE kitchen on wheels<\/a> offered in-the-know visitors the chance to be their own mixologists \u2014 co-creating over 1,000 unique beverage options from two Pepsi Spire machines \u2014 and channel their inner gourmet chef with some wild culinary creations. The truck delivered tasty treats like Mountain Dew-glazed bacon and Sabra tacos, Naked Beet juice & Pepsi-glazed chicken wings tossed in Cool Ranch Dorito togarashi, Tostitos & Pepsi-marinated chipotle chicken tacos and Quaker egg white and oat casserole \u2014 just to name a few.
