SINGAPORE \u2014 The fitness movement in recent years has favoured going back to basics \u2014 calisthenics and minimal equipment is in.<\/p>\n

Tapping this is Move It, a Hong Kong-based startup that has just launched an appeal for crowdfunding for its “all-in-one” set of home workout equipment.<\/p>\n

Ivan Ho, Move It’s CEO and co-founder, stopped by <\/span>Mashable<\/i>‘s Singapore office to show how the equipment works.<\/span><\/p>\n

The “system” is made of four main components: a push up stand, an ab wheel, a resistance band and a jump rope.
