In an unusual amalgamation of two classic rock bands, Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose will join AC\/DC on its Rock or Bust world tour this summer.<\/p>\n

In a statement<\/a> on the band’s website, AC\/DC thanked current frontman Brian Johnson for his work with the classic Australian group, whose original singer, Bon Scott, died in 1980. Johnson was ordered to stop touring<\/a> in March after doctors warned he was at risk of complete hearing loss.<\/p>\n
