Need more proof pink is in? A day after Apple launched a rose gold<\/a> version of its MacBook, Samsung has announced its flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, will soon become available in pink gold.\u00a0<\/p>\n

You read that right: The color is not rose gold but pink gold, even though Samsung used the rose gold color moniker before, for example for its Gear S2 classic smartwatch<\/a>. You can see what the new color looks like in the images above and below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Now, we’d say the variations on the pink\/rose\/gold theme are simply what’s trendy these days, but Samsung has some choice words to explain this particular color scheme.
