With “Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst” due to launch soon, a Singapore fan has managed to make a pretty convincing version of the parkour video game in real life.<\/p>\n

Ambry Nurhayati’s version is clearly inspired by the trailer<\/a>\u00a0for the game, and you can see the filmmaker clambering up tall landmarks in her video to re-create the kinds of thrilling views the game itself has become famous for.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old\u00a0parkour instructor<\/a>\u00a0told Mashable<\/i>\u00a0it took a day to shoot the footage, but post-production on sound took several weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She wouldn’t say if the heart-stopping bridge footage at the start ran afoul of any safety regulations, but would only say: “It might be real, or it might not be. A magician never reveals his secret. It could probably just be my video editing skills.” Read more…<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
