No good deed goes unpunished, especially when you’re Comcast and there’s an entire subreddit<\/a> dedicated to complaints about your company’s notoriously bad customer service<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The annual Comcast Cares Day\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<\/span>when thousands of\u00a0<\/span>the cable giant’s\u00a0<\/span>employees<\/span>\u00a0across the country go out and volunteer in their communities\u00a0<\/span>\u2014\u00a0<\/span>tremendously backfired when the hashtag #ComcastCaresDay began to trend on Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n
