NEW YORK \u2014 Netflix is “unleashing the beast” with its first ever competition series:\u00a0Ultimate Beastmaster<\/i>.<\/p>\n

The Los Gatos-based streaming service announced Monday that it is partnering with\u00a0producers Sylvester Stallone\u00a0and Dave Broome (The Biggest Loser)<\/i>\u00a0for the 10-episode show.<\/span><\/p>\n

This marks the first reality\/competition series in the streaming service space, though Amazon recently launched Style Code Live<\/a>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<\/i>a “QVC for the YouTube generation” available on the Amazon Video store.<\/p>\n

Ultimate Beastmaster \u2014 <\/i>no relation to this Beastmaster<\/a> \u2014<\/span>\u00a0will pit 108\u00a0competitors from the U.S., Brazil, South Korea, Mexico, Germany and Japan (18 from each country) against one another.
