LONDON \u2014 An artist in the UK is showcasing some inventive and strangely beautiful artworks created from hand saws.<\/p>\n

Dan Rawlings, who creates the scenes using hand cut metal, is exhibiting his work as part of a show entitled Untranslated<\/i> at London’s\u00a0Curious Duke Gallery<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Untranslated<\/i>, as the name might suggest, focuses on words that don’t have a direct English translation – words such as “Waldeinsamkeit,” which means feeling connected to nature in woodland.<\/p>\n

The words he’s selected for his works are designed to emphasise\u00a0\u201cthe importance of dreaming, to enjoy the simpler moments,\u201d Rawlings says.<\/span> Read more…<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
