One of the campaign season’s most heated \u2014 and bizarre \u2014 feuds has apparently been put to rest as Republican U.S. Senator Marco Rubio told CNN that he apologized to GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump for a taunt that implied Trump had a small penis.<\/p>\n

Speaking with Jake Tapper, Rubio said,\u00a0“I said, ‘You know, I’m sorry that I said that. It’s not who I am and I shouldn’t have done it.’ I didn’t say it in front of the cameras, I didn’t want any political benefit.”<\/span><\/p>\n
