Ludacris is going to Guantanamo Bay.<\/p>\n

The Grammy-winning rapper is set to perform at the U.S. Navy base in Cuba on the Fourth of July for the annual Freedom Festival, according to The Miami Herald<\/a>.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

According to The Herald<\/i>, the festival takes place miles away from the prison where 89 detainees are still being held, at the\u00a0<\/span>Windward Ferry Landing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is not the first time a musician has performed at Guantanamo Bay, but\u00a0<\/span>Navy Chief Monique Hilley told The Herald “<\/span>Gitmo hasn\u2019t seen a star with as big a name as Ludacris in several years.”
