Scott Baio, star of the 1980s sitcom Charles in Charge<\/em>, is going to say a few words at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.<\/p>\n

The invite came from no less than the presumptive Republican nominee himself, Mr. Donald Trump.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Baio gives Trump a bona fide celebrity speaker to join the list of cheerleaders who will sing his praises as he formally assumes the role of the Republican Party’s 2016 presidential candidate.<\/p>\n

“I wish that people could meet Donald Trump. I really do,” Baio said in a Sunday interview on Fox News.<\/p>\n
