SAN DIEGO \u2014 Baby Groot is out of his pot and running wild in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 \u2014 <\/em>and the world is gonna go nuts for him. The crowd at Comic-Con did, anyway.<\/p>\n

Marvel Studios revealed a generous reel of footage from the Guardians<\/em> sequel at their Saturday night Hall H panel, and now the plant is out of the bag: Groot is still just a lil’ guy in the big galaxy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Though he’s only 6 or 8 inches tall, Groot is ambulatory, sentient and no wallflower. But he’s still having a little trouble grasping language.<\/p>\n

In one scene, Baby Groot is trying to bust Yondu and Rocket Raccoon out of a Ravagers’ cell. As their captors sleep, Yondu and Rocket are trying to explain to Groot what it is that they need to get out \u2014 and he keeps bringing back the wrong things.\u00a0 Read more…<\/a><\/p>\n
