Dr. Najaa Mustaffa
Dr. Najaa Mustaffa is a distinguished lecturer and researcher at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, UTM Johor Bahru, specializing in polymer chemistry and modification. She earned her PhD from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, UKM Bangi in 2023, where she excelled in her studies through a fast-track program. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2016. Since joining UTM in 2024, Dr. Mustaffa has been at the forefront of research in polymer modification, dye-sensitized solar cells, and energy materials, contributing significantly to the advancement of sustainable technologies.
