Just want to share with others. When I reflect myself nowadays, there is a lot of achievements that I have obtained during this year. All of these achievements I considered it as rezeki (given) by Allah SWT. Examples of my achievement is I was appointed as lecturer in UTM (not tutor),  I got my PhD at early age (before 30) and I could finish my PhD on time (3 years), confirmation of my works, married with beautiful girl and obtained one son and one daughter, certified as registered chemist (Associate Malaysian Institute of Chemistry), two research grants, and many more. When I reflect it again, I found that most of my achievement is not just come freely or easily, it must come with attitude, sacrifice, perseverance, do’a, patience, hardworking, less sleep, understanding, think easy and many many more. Furthermore, when I reflect it again, it just not because of  myself who get all of these achievement, it also come from other unexpected things such as by helping people, make others easy, be patient with family (especially with hyperactive son and beautiful wife), always happy, think other needs, be logical and many more.  However, these achievements are not a stumbling block for me to be satisfy with my life, I need to be more proactive in order to gain more and more achievement. My great ambition is to get Professor title at age 35 (early age) which is possible but needs attitude, sacrifice and all of the motivation words that I have said just now. It can be possible to achieve.. Now, i got a good news yesterday that I need to shake hand with VC during monthly meeting with VC  next week to get a certificate saying that I will become Senior Lecturer. So, one step ahead to associate professor and another step to become professor. For those who read this, this is my advice, nothing is impossible accept you think that possible unless it is truly impossible. Turn your worry into action. People always worry about many things, worry not to finsh degree, worry not to marry (becoming andartu), worry that do not know how to write well, woory this and worry that. By replacing those worries into action, many things will be easy for you.
