Saidina A\u2019ishah RA berkata pada suatu ketika rumah mereka tidak memasak makanan selama dua bulan, tetapi mereka hanya makan\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0dan minum air sehingga pada suatu hari Rasulullah SAW mengatakan pentingnya mempunyai\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0dalam rumah. Saiyidina A\u2019ishah RA meriwayatkan bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda, \u201cSebuah keluarga yang mempunyai\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0tidak akan lapar\u201d. (Hadis, Sahih Muslim, 5078).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Antara hadis yang menyebut tentang sahur dan berbuka puasa dengan\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0adalah \u201cSebaik-baik makanan sahur seorang mukmin ialah\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u201d. (Hadis, Sunan Abu Daud 2338).<\/span><br \/><span>Rasulullah SAW juga bersabda, \u201cApabila diantara kalian berpuasa, maka berbukalah dengan\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>, jika tidak ada\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>, maka berbukalah dengan air, sebab air itu suci\u201d. (Hadis, Imam Abu Daud, Al-Baihaqi dan Al-Hakim).<\/span><br \/><span>Seterusnya, Anas bin Malik meriwayatkan bahawa \u201cRasulullah SAW biasa berbuka puasa sebelum sembahyang maghrib dengan ruthob (<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0basah), jika tidak ada ruthob, maka beliau berbuka dengan tamar (<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0kering), dan jika tidak ada tamar, beliau meminum seteguk air\u201d. (Hadis, Imam Abu Daud, 2356).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"il\">KURMA<\/span><span>\u00a0DAN MENTEGA?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u200eBagi yang belum cuba, boleh buat untuk berbuka puasa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u200eDari Abdullah ibn Busr dan Atiyyah ibn Busr, mereka berkata:<\/span><br \/><span>\u200e\u062f\u062e\u0644 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0646\u0627 \u0631\u0633\u0648\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645<\/span><br \/><span>)\u0641\u064e\u0642\u064e\u062f\u0651\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u0632\u064f\u0628\u064e\u062f\u064b\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u062a\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u0643\u0627\u0646 \u064a\u064f\u062d\u0650\u0628\u0651\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0632\u064f\u0628\u064e\u062f\u064b \u0648\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0645\u0631(<\/span><br \/><span>\u200e\u201cRasulullah SAW telah masuk ke rumah kami. Lalu kami menyediakan mentega dan tamar. Baginda menyukai mentega dan tamar.\u201d<\/span><br \/><span>(Riwayat Abu Daud dan Ibn Majah)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u2022\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">Kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0mempunyai kandungan serat dan gula ringkas yang tinggi berbanding buah lain.<\/span><br \/><span>\u2022\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">Kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0baik untuk orang yang hendak menahan lapar (Dimakan sewaktu sahur):<\/span><br \/><span>o Serat menahan nutrisi daripada dicernakan<\/span><br \/><span>o Serat menahan makanan dalam perut dalam jangka masa yang lama.<\/span><br \/><span>o Serat dapat menjerap lemak dan kolesterol menjadikan saluran darah sihat dan seterusnya menyihatkan jantung.<\/span><br \/><span>\u2022\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">Kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0baik untuk orang yang lapar (Dimakan sewaktu berbuka)<\/span><br \/><span>o Gula ringkas seperti fruktosa dan glukosa akan ditukarkan kepada tenaga dalam masa yang cepat.<\/span><br \/><span>o Rasa manis\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">kurma<\/span><span>\u00a0mengurangkan rasa ingin makan\/minum bahan manis yang lain.<\/span><br \/><span>o Kandungan gula fruktosa yang tinggi dan GI rendah tidak menjejaskan kesihatan pesakit diabetes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Sumber:<\/span><br \/><span>1.
