{"id":1030,"date":"2020-09-07T08:19:45","date_gmt":"2020-09-07T08:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/?p=1030"},"modified":"2020-09-07T08:19:45","modified_gmt":"2020-09-07T08:19:45","slug":"resepi-pulut-mangga-thai-special","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/2020\/09\/07\/resepi-pulut-mangga-thai-special\/","title":{"rendered":"Resepi Pulut Mangga Thai Special"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.statically.io\/img\/www.bidadari.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/44203350_553152825126115_8335880142500921344_n.jpg?f=auto\" alt=\"pulut mangga\" width=\"700\" height=\"700\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Bahan-bahan Pulut Mangga :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gram beras pulut direndam semalaman,<\/li>\n<li>1 cawan santan pekat,<\/li>\n<li>1 cawan santan cair,<\/li>\n<li>2-3 sudu besar gula,<\/li>\n<li>Sedikit garam,<\/li>\n<li>Beberapa helai daun pandan atau daun pisang,<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu besar bijan dibakar tanpa minyak untuk taburan,<\/li>\n<li>3 biji mangga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Bahan Untuk Kuah Santan :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cawan santan pekat,<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil tepung beras atau tepung jagung dibancuh dengan sedikit air,<\/li>\n<li>1 helai daun pandan dicarik dan simpul,<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukup rasa (biar kuah agak masin).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Cara Membuat Pulut :<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mula-mula panaskan pengukus. Lapik dulang pengukus dengan daun pisang atau susun daun pandan rapat-rapat.<\/li>\n<li>Kemudian bilas pulut yang telah direndam semalaman dan tapis keluar airnya<\/li>\n<li>Setelah kering airnya, masukkan pulut ke dalam dulang kukusan dan kukus sehingga lembut. Anggaran masa kukus adalah selama 20 minit.<\/li>\n<li>Apabila sudah lembut, angkat dan masukkan pulut kukus ke dalam mangkuk yang besar.<\/li>\n<li>Satukan santan pekat, santan cair, gula dan garam. Kacau sebati.<\/li>\n<li>Tuang bancuhan santan ke dalam pulut yang masih panas tadi.<\/li>\n<li>Balik-balikkan pulut dan biar seketika supaya kuah bancuhan meresap ke dalam pulut.<\/li>\n<li>Apabila pulut sudah kering meresap kuah santan, ambil garfu dan gemburkan pulut.<\/li>\n<li>Hidang bersama kuah santan, buah mangga dan taburan bijan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Cara Membuat Kuah Santan:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mula-mula panaskan santan pekat di dalam periuk dan masak di atas api yang sederhana.<\/li>\n<li>Kemudian masukkan garam, daun pandan dan bancuhan tepung. Teruskan kacau supaya santan tidak berketul. Kalau agak cair masukkan sedikit lagi bancuhan tepung. Anda boleh agak-agak kepekatan di sini.<\/li>\n<li>Pastikan kuah mempunyai rasa yang agak masin supaya dapat menyeimbangi rasa manis buah dan pulut.
