{"id":1034,"date":"2020-09-07T08:26:42","date_gmt":"2020-09-07T08:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/?p=1034"},"modified":"2020-09-07T08:26:42","modified_gmt":"2020-09-07T08:26:42","slug":"resepi-puding-roti-bakar-dengan-sos-kastard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/2020\/09\/07\/resepi-puding-roti-bakar-dengan-sos-kastard\/","title":{"rendered":"Resepi Puding Roti Bakar Dengan Sos Kastard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.statically.io\/img\/www.bidadari.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/32948648_1286699104795386_2928606828977717248_n.jpg?f=auto\" alt=\"puding roti dan sos kastard\" width=\"700\" height=\"933\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Bahan-Bahan :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>6 keping roti Gardenia,<\/li>\n<li>2-3 biji telur,<\/li>\n<li>1 tin susu cair,<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cawan gula,<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil esen vanilla,<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu besar mentega,<\/li>\n<li>Sedikit kismis\/kurma yang dibuang biji dan dihiris halus,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Bahan-bahan Sos Kastard :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd tin susu cair,<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc susu pekat,<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tin air (sukat guna tin susu cair),<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sudu kecil esen vanilla,<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu besar tepung kastard,<\/li>\n<li>Secubit garam,<\/li>\n<li>Sedikit pewarna kuning (jika suka).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Cara Penyediaan Puding Roti\/ Bakar @ Kukus :<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mula-mula sapu depan dan belakang roti dengan butter. Carik-carikkan atau potong kiub sederhana besar dan susun rapat-rapat ke dalam loyang.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan susu cair, telur, esen vanilla dan gula dalam satu bekas. Kacau hingga sebati. Guna senduk atau sudu sahaja.<\/li>\n<li>Curah adunan ke atas roti yang telah disusun ke dalam loyang tadi.<\/li>\n<li>Tekan-tekan roti supaya ia padat dan sebati dengan adunan tadi.<\/li>\n<li>Tabur kismis di atas roti. Biarkan seketika, lebih kurang 2-3 minit.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan oven. Bakar pada suhu 45\u00b0 C atau sehingga masak ikut kesesuaian oven masing-masing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Jika hendak guna pengukus pun boleh :<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Panaskan pengukus dulu.
