Padatkan agar tidak ada ruang.<\/li>\n<li>Tuangkan air fruit coktail keatas swiss roll hingga lembab, ketepikan dulu. (Air fruit coktail mungkin berbaki, tidak perlu habiskan).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Lapisan 2 :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tin susu cair + 1 tin air + 7 sudu gula dimasak atas api. Tunggu sekejap.<\/li>\n<li>Sambil tunggu susu mendidih, bancuhkan 4 sudu tepung kastard dengan \u00bd tin air.<\/li>\n<li>Bila susu mendidih, kecilkan sedikit api kemudian masukkan bancuhan tepung kastad, kacau hingga menjadi likat. Tuang diatas lapisan 1 tadi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Lapisan 3 :<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Buah koktail tadi ditabur ke atas lapisan 2 (kastard).
