Masukkan ke semua bahan perap ke dalam bekas.<br>.<br>2. Masukkan lamb shoulder ke dalam bahan perapan tadi dan gaul sebati<br>.<br>3. Perap lamb shoulder selama 2-3 jam atau semalaman.<br>.<br>4. Bakar lamb chop sampai masak. Boleh guna juali leper, kuali serba guna atau bakar atas arang.<br>.<br>Bahan-bahan sos:<br>1. Saki baki bahan perapan<br>2. 2 sudu teh sos tiram<br>3. 2 sudu teh sos tomato<br>4. 4 sudu besar lada hitam kisar<br>5. 2 sudu teh brown sugar<br>semuanya di masak dalam periuk bersama ngan 300 ml air hingga agak mendidih.
