{"id":3016,"date":"2022-01-03T02:30:47","date_gmt":"2022-01-03T02:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/?p=3016"},"modified":"2022-01-03T02:30:49","modified_gmt":"2022-01-03T02:30:49","slug":"red-velvet-cupcake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/2022\/01\/03\/red-velvet-cupcake\/","title":{"rendered":"*Red Velvet Cupcake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bahan A:<br>3 1\/2 cawan Superfine flour &#8211; ayak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan B:<br>170 gm unsalted butter &#8211; lembut<br>2 cawan gula kaster<br>3 biji telur &#8211; saiz besar suhu bilik<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan C:<br>6 sudu besar red food colouring (saya guna 4 sb)<br>3 sudu besar high quality cocoa powder<br>1 1\/2 sudu kecil vanilla essence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan D:<br>1 1\/2 sudu kecil garam<br>1 1\/2 cawan buttermilk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan E:<br>1 1\/2 sudu kecil cider vinegar (guna cuka biasa)<br>1 1\/2 sudu kecil baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara cara:<br>Panaskan oven pada suhu 170 C. Sediakan 2 atau 3 loyang bersaiz 9 inci (23cm) dan griskan dengan butter pada dasar loyang. Kemudian alaskan dengan kertas minyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pukul butter dan gula dari bahan bahan B hingga kembang dan gebu. Masukkan telur satu persatu, pukul lagi hingga sebati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam mangkuk yang lain, satukan bahan bahan C dan masukkan ke dalam adunan yang di pukul tadi. Pukul hingga sebati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam measuring cup, satukan bahan bahan D iaitu garam dan buttermilk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masukkan berselang seli bahan buttermilk dan tepung dalam 3 bahagian mula dan akhir dengan tepung hingga habis. Pukul hingga sebati tapi jangan terlebih pukul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian, dalam mangkuk yang kecil, satukan bahan bahan E iaitu cuka dan baking soda dan biarkan berbuih. Dengan cepat, tuang ke dalam adunan tadi dan gaul sebati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuang dalam 2 sudu besar adunan ke dalam cawan kertas. Kalau kek, tuang dalam loyang yang telah disediakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakar pada suhu 160C selama 20 minit atau sehingga masak. Kalau kek dalam 30 &#8211; 40 minit atau hingga kek masak.
