Kacau rata hingga pecah minyak masuk bahan B kacau masuk daging kacau bagi sebati biar sehingga air daging keluar. Tambah sedikit air kalau daging belum empuk. Bila dah empuk masuk santan kalau pekat masuk air tengok sebanyak mana kita nak kuah sesuai dengan daging. Masuk kentang biar mengelegak dan mendidih. Masuk air asam jawa garam gula nise secukup rasa dan kerisik. Biarkan mendidih merenih hingga pecah minyak. Gulai kawah ni makin lama didih dengan api kecil makin cantik dan sedap. Tadaa dah siap boleh makan dengan nasi atau pulut dan apa saja yang kita suka.
