Ayak tepung bersama baking powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Masukkan tepung, gula, ovallete dan telur ke dalam mangkuk adunan. Pukul sehingga adunan kembang dan putih. Jangan overbeat nanti kek tak cantik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Masukkan susu cair, esen vanila, paste pandan dan pewarna hijau&#8230; Pukul rata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Kemudian masukkan minyak.. kaup balik dengan spatula jer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Panaskan oven dulu ye.<br>Masukkan adunan tadi ke dalam loyang 8\/9 inci. Lapik loyang dengan baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.Bakar suhu 150\u00b0c (oven saya) selama 50 min.<br><br>7.Dah masak.. keluarkan dari oven.. terus terbalikkan kek atas redai. Biarkan 5 min.. baru angkat loyang. Dan tebalikkan semula kek ikut asal. Biarkan sejuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resepi Kastard Pandan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan2<br>200 ml santan kara<br>800 ml air<br>200ml susu cair<br>100g tepung kastard<br>115g gula castor<br>1sdt garam<br>10g agar2 serbuk<br>Paste pandan<br>Pewarna hijau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Satukan semua bahan ke dalam periuk. Tepung tu ayak dulu ye. Kacau dengan api yang perlahan.. jangan kecik sangat pulak.. jenuh sampai pekat&#8230;.<br>Sebelum masak kastard tu potong kek siap2 nak berapa lapis.. terpulang&#8230;. sediakan loyang juga&#8230; loyang yang buat kek tadi.. basuh siap2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara melapis:<br>1.Renjis sikit loyang tu dengan air.. jangan guna air paip ye&#8230; Guna air masak ke, air cuckoo ke ok&#8230; Kalu kek potong 2 jer&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Bahagi kastard tu pada 3 bahagian. Agak2 jer. Mula 2 cedok kastard masuk dalam loyang&#8230;. ratakan&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Ambil sekeping kek.. letak atasnya.. kemudian Cedok lagi kastard boh atas kek&#8230;. Ratakan..terutama bahagian tepi..pastikan kastard masuk betul bahagian tepi loyang&#8230; Hentak sikit loyang tu.. supaya kastard rata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Kemudian&#8230;amik lapisan kek yang kedua..letak atas kastard tu dan tutup balik dengan kastard yang akhir&#8230; ratakan&#8230; hentak loyang lagi&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
