{"id":3230,"date":"2022-01-03T07:12:21","date_gmt":"2022-01-03T07:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/?p=3230"},"modified":"2022-01-03T07:12:23","modified_gmt":"2022-01-03T07:12:23","slug":"pasta-penne-frittata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/2022\/01\/03\/pasta-penne-frittata\/","title":{"rendered":"PASTA PENNE FRITTATA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bahan:<br><br>6 &nbsp;bj telur<br>3 &nbsp;sudu besar heavy cream &#8211; jika boleh guna susu penuh krim\/susu kotak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &nbsp;cwn keju parmesan &#8211; lagi bagus guna mozarella<br>3 &nbsp;cwn pasta penne yang dah dimasak dan disejukkan<br>3 &nbsp;sudu teh thyme segar &#8211; cincang&nbsp;<br>2 &nbsp;sudu besar daun parsely &#8211; saya x letak<br>3 &nbsp;sudu teh oregano &#8211; cincang ( tambahan extra )<br>2 &nbsp;tangkai rosemary &#8211; cincang (tambahan extra)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 &nbsp;biji bell pepper &#8211; cincang (tambahan extra)<br>1 &nbsp;bj lemon \u2013 sagat kulitnya saja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 sudu teh garam halus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam&nbsp;<br>1\/2 sudu teh serbuk lada sulah &#8211; kepada yang suka&nbsp;<br>2 sudu besar minyak zaitun &#8211; untuk menggoreng<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam mangkuk, satukan telur dan susu cair kacau sehingga sebati sahaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masukkan pasta penne dan semua bahan kecuali minyak zaitun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panaskan minyak dalam kuali leper bersaiz 10 inci dengan api sederhana. Tuangkan campuran pasta tadi dan masak selama 7-8 minit sehingga tepinya kekuningan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alihkan kuali dari api dan dengan menggunakan spatula, alihkan frittata ke dalam pinggan yang bersaiz sama.
