Kisar bahan * kemudian masukkan dalam kuali\/periuk bersama serai yg dititik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Masak sampai bahan agak pekat, masukkan jus asam jawa\/asam keping, pati santan dan perasakan garam gula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Biarkan mendidih, carik-carikan\/hiris halus daun kunyit, kemudian, masukkan kedalam kuah percik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara Memasak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Cuci bersih sotong dan kelar permukaan atas sahaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Gaulkan sotong dengan garam dan serbuk kunyit. Bakar\/panggang sampai masak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Bila sotong dah masak boleh ambik sedikit percik tadi siram atas sotong. Balik kan sampai percik agak garing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
