Satukan air suam, yis, gula dan susu pekat manis dalam 1 bekas. Biarkan mengembang.<br>2. Dalam mangkuk lain, campurkan tepung gandum, garam dan mentega. Gaul rata.<br>3. Masukkan adunan yis yang sudah kembang tadi.<br>4. Uli sehingga sebati dan perap adunan selama 1 jam.<br>5. Selepas adunan mengembang, tumbuk-tumbuk supaya keluar angin. Bentukkan roti ikut cita rasa.<br>6. Sapukan kuning telur. Letak sosej dan mix vege. Hiaskan dengan sos dan mayones<br>7. Biarkan roti 20 minit supaya roti mengembang semula.<br>8.
