Masukkan semua bahan di dalam bekas adunan dan uli hingga tak melekat pada jari. Kalau ade Breadmaker tekan Dough dan On dan tunggu sampai siap.<br>.<br>2.Langkah seterusnya jika uli tangan, kemudian masukkan dalam plastik bersih dan ramas-ramas doh selama 5-10 minit, keluarkan dan uli lagi beberapa minit di dalam mangkuk adunan. Rehatkan doh sehingga naik dua kali ganda.<br>.<br>3. Selepas itu tumbuk-tumbukkan doh untk keluarkan angin, bahagi doh pada 6 bahagian kecil dan bentukkan lonjong, seperti roti perancis. biarkan doh naik sehingga dua kali ganda lebih kurang selama 40 minit atau 1 jam.<br>.<br>4. Sebelum di bakar, potong sedikit di bahagian tengah roti dengan menggunakan pisau tajam atau gunting, sembur dengan sedikit air dan bakar pada suhu 200 darjah selama 20 minit, sejukkan atas redai, dan sedap dimakan bersama sup cendawan ataupun di sapu dengan garlic butter.
