{"id":3400,"date":"2022-01-03T08:16:26","date_gmt":"2022-01-03T08:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/?p=3400"},"modified":"2022-01-03T08:16:29","modified_gmt":"2022-01-03T08:16:29","slug":"kek-marble-butter-minyak-jagung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/2022\/01\/03\/kek-marble-butter-minyak-jagung\/","title":{"rendered":"KEK MARBLE BUTTER + MINYAK JAGUNG"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bahan-bahannya :- 150 gm butter (Akak guna butter cup)<br>120 gm gula castor<br>100 gm minyak jagung<br>250 gm tepung naik sendiri (diayak)<br>1\/2 cup susu pekat manis<br>4 biji telur gred A atau 5 biji telor gred B<br>1 sudu makan (membukit) ovallette<br>1 sudu kecil esen vanilla<br>1 sudu makan chocolate emulco (atau 1 sudu makan serbuk koko)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara-caranya:-<br>1. Pukul butter dan gula castor hingga kembang dan berwarna putih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Masukkan minyak jagung dan putar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan putar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Masukkan susu pekat manis &amp; ovallette dan putar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Masukkan esen vanilla dan putar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Masukkan tepung yang telah diayak sedikit demi sedikit dan putar hingga rata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Bahagikan adunan kepada dua (2) bahagian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Yang sebahagian digaulkan dengan chocolate emulco. Manakala yang sebahagian lagi dibiarkan dengan warna asal. Boleh juga letak lain-lain pewarna ikut kegemaran masing-masing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Panaskan oven selama 10 minit dengan suhu 160 darjah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Dua biji Loyang ukuran 7\u201dx 7\u201d dipanaskan di dalam oven selama 5 minit. Keluarkan loyang dan sapukan butter kemudian alaskan dengan baking paper dan sapukan juga dengan butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Tuangkan adunan warna asal dan warna chocolate ke dalam loyang secara berselang seli hinggalah adunan habis. Setiap adunan sebanyak 3 sudu dan akhir sekali sebanyak 2 sudu.<br>12.
