Letak sikit lengkuas<br>Sikit minyak.untuk bg hancur semua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>bahan sos<br>2 sudu besar penuh tinggi&#8230; sos bbq&#8230;<br>1 sudu penuh sos tiram<br>2 sudu penuh sos lada hitam<br>2 sudu kicap manis<br>Satu sudu sos cili<br>2 sudu madu\/ gula merah<br>Garam.ikut keperluan..<br>1 sudu pati ayam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>caranya&#8230; perap semua bhn dgn ayam..rasakan dulu..jgn bubuh garam kalau rasa sikit masin sbb kita berap nanti tkt terlalu masin plk.<br>Perap sekurang2 sejam.lg lama lg sdp.<br>Bakar pakai arang pun blh..kalau nk pakai oven masukkan ayam dhn kuah2 sekali<br>*** kalau bakar bakai kuali leper&#8230; letak sikit minyak panas..masukan ayam.api slow ye&#8230; sentiasa balik2 kan ayam.
