Toskan ubi kayu yang telah direbus tadi. Buang uratnya dan lecek halus. Ketepikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Campurkan kelapa parut dengan garam dan gula. gaul rata. Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk. Masukkan ubi yang telah dilecek dan gaul dengan campuran kelapa hingga sebati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Gunakan tangan untuk mengepal campuran ubi menjadi bulat sebesar bola ping-pong.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buat hingga habis. Ketepikan dulu atau simpan dalam peti ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan tepung untuk menggoreng:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 sudu besar tepung gandum<br>2 sudu besar tepung goreng pisang Adabi<br>1 sudu besar tepung beras<br>sedikit garam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>bancuh tepung dengan air secukupnya. Adunan agak pekat sedikit daripada adunan ketayap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng.
