Masukkan bawang merah dan putih.. Bawang dah kekuningan masukan sos tomato, tomato puree, kiub ayam dan tomato yg dah dipotong dadu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/0032-20e3.png\" alt=\"2\ufe0f\u20e3\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila semua dah sebati boleh la masukkan beras dan kacau <a>@goreng<\/a>&nbsp;selama 5 minit lebih kurang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/0033-20e3.png\" alt=\"3\ufe0f\u20e3\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pindahkan beras tadi ke periuk nasi. Kemudian masukkan air, susu, garam, gula, kismis dah 2 tangkai daun ketumbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/0034-20e3.png\" alt=\"4\ufe0f\u20e3\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila periuk nasi dah kee warm terus tutup suis. Ini bertujuan untuk mengelakkan nasi hangit <a>@berkerakdi<\/a>&nbsp;bawah. Biarkan selama 5 &#8211; 10 minit baru la bukak tudung periuk dah boleh kacau nasi pakai garpu <a>@copstik<\/a>&nbsp;utk elakkan nasi patah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayam Masak Merah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/1f414.png\" alt=\"?\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/2 ekor ayam (sy masak 23 ketul hr tu)<br>2 biji bwg besar (dikisar)<br>7 ulas bwg putih (dikisar)<br>2 inci halia (dikisar)<br>2 batang serai (dikisar)<br>1 1\/2 cawan cili kisar (lebih kurang)<br>Sos cili<br>Soa tomato<br>Gula melaka<br>Gula, garam<br>Tomato<br>1 biji bwg besar utk hiasan<br>4 sekawan<br>Minyak untuk menumis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cara memasak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/0031-20e3.png\" alt=\"1\ufe0f\u20e3\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gorengkan ayam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/0032-20e3.png\" alt=\"2\ufe0f\u20e3\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tumiskan bwg merah, putih, serai dan halia kisar sampai naik bau. Kemudian masukkan cili kisar. Masak sehingga semua bahan masak dan naik minyak. Masukkan sos tomato dan kacau. Masukkan gula melaka, garam dan gula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.telegram.org\/z\/img-apple-64\/0033-20e3.png\" alt=\"3\ufe0f\u20e3\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Masukkan ayam dah kacau dalam 10 minit lebih kurang.
