{"id":4214,"date":"2022-01-30T07:36:53","date_gmt":"2022-01-30T07:36:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/?p=4214"},"modified":"2022-01-30T07:36:55","modified_gmt":"2022-01-30T07:36:55","slug":"resepi-roti-jejari-cheese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/nizamray\/2022\/01\/30\/resepi-roti-jejari-cheese\/","title":{"rendered":"Resepi Roti Jejari Cheese"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A :<br>2 cawan air suam,<br>8 sudu besar gula,<br>4 sudu besar susu pekat manis,<br>6 sudu besar yis kering.<br>Bancuh semua bahan A, rehatkan sampai kembang.<br>Bahan B :<br>1 kg tepung high protein (500 gram tepung high protein dan 500 gm tepung Hong Kong),<br>\u00be cawan mentega,<br>3 sudu besar susu tepung,<br>1 sudu besar bread improver,<br>1 sudu besar bun softener.<br>Ramas bahan B sampai sebati.<br>Bahan C :<br>3 biji kuning telur gred B atau A.<br>Bahan D :<br>Susu cair untuk sapu permukaan doh.<br>Gula halus\/gula kasar (saya guna gula halus).<br>Cheddar cheese secukupnya (diparut).<br>Cara Membuat\/Menguli :<br>Mula-mula satukan bahan A dan C.<br>Kemudian tuang bahan sedikit-sedikit ke dalam bahan B, gaul dan uli sampai licin dan elastik serta tidak melekat di tangan.<br>Sekiranya ingin dapatkan doh yg lembut, semasa menguli basahkan tangan dengan lebihan bahan A tadi dan uli. Buat sampai bahan A habis. Uli secara tarik hempas dan tarik hempas.<br>Bila doh sudah elastik, rehatkan doh selama 40 minit sampai doh kembang dua kali ganda. Kemudian tumbuk doh yang sudah kembang tadi untuk keluarkan udara.<br>Bentukkan doh bulat memanjang seperti dalam gambar. Buat sampai habis. Pastikan ada ruang diantara doh sebab doh akan kembang.<br>Kemudian rehatkan lagi doh sampai kembang dua kali ganda.<br>Jika sudah kembang, sapu permukaan doh dengan susu cair. Tabur gula halus kemudian parutkan dengan cheese secukupnya. Kemudian taburkan lagi gula halus di atas permukaan cheese.<br>Panaskan oven dengan suhu 160\u00b0C.<br>Bakar roti jejari cheese selama lebih kurang 15-20 minit.
