Kemudian masukkan sos cili, sos tiram (saja tambah untuk pekatkan sos), masukkan daun ketumbar yang dipotong. Masukkan chili flakes (kalau suka pedas boleh tambah). Masukkan bawang besar yang dipotong tadi.
