Lama tak buat. Nah ni resipi untuk korang try jugak. Seketul ni mahal gak harganya sebab nak buat tu rumit dan amik masa lama nak ngadap satu persatu. Tapi rasa dia tiptop sampai ke bintang, jadi berbaloi la korang ngadap satu satu.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan :<br \/>\n250g cream cheese<br \/>\n40g gula castor<br \/>\n1 sk esen vanila<br \/>\n-&gt;&gt; Pukul cream cheese sampai sebati masukkan esen vanila, pukul. Kemudian masukkan gula sikit-sikit pukul sebati semua<\/p>\n<p>Bahan lain :<br \/>\n-&gt;&gt; Shell cheese tart (kalau malas beli dah siap je)<br \/>\n-&gt;&gt; Choc masakan<br \/>\n-&gt;&gt; Kacang cincang\/choc rice (untuk hiasan)<\/p>\n<p>Resepi shell<\/p>\n<p>Ni resipi shellnya :<br \/>\n420g tepung gandum<br \/>\n100g gula icing<br \/>\n200g merjerin pelangi<br \/>\n1biji telur gred A atau B<\/p>\n<h1>Cara masak<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-314159\" src=\"https:\/\/media.ohbulan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cheese-tart-6-650x250.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"867\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-314158\" src=\"https:\/\/media.ohbulan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cheese-tart-5-650x250.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" \/><\/p>\n<p>-&gt;&gt; Campur semua dalam mangkuk pastu uli sampai jadi doh. Shell ni bakar 170\u00b0 selama 30minit. Kalau dah perang tu dah masak la maknanya.<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara buat cheese tart magnum:<\/p>\n<p>-&gt;&gt; Letak sikit choc dalam shell. Boleh guna choc chip\/choc masakan\/choc coin, terpulang nak pakai filling lain pun boleh jugak. Pastu piping cream cheese atas tu macam biasa.<br \/>\n-&gt;&gt; Masa paip atas shell tart kena paip membukit tinggi.<br \/>\nTIPS PENTING : Sebelum bakar celup hujung jari dekat air tekan tanduk cheese tu kasi dia bulat baru cantik gebu montok..<\/p>\n<p>-&gt;&gt; Bakar 170\u00b0 selama 5minit. Dah siap. Ketepikan. Bagi sejuk jap.<\/p>\n<p>-&gt;&gt; Sementara tu cairkan choc masakan (double boil). Jangan campur apa-apa ye.. Hanya choc masakan ni je cairkan..<\/p>\n<p>-&gt;&gt; Celup cheese tart tadi dalam choc yang dah cair ni. Pastu terus tabur kacang\/choc rice keliling dia masa choc tu masih panas-panas lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Harga jualan market RM2 per pcs..<br \/>\nSekotak RM45\/25pcs saya biasa buat.. Kalau 6pcs RM12 saya jual.. Ini untuk guideline korang je..
