Rebuskan daging lembu sehingga empuk. Toskan &amp; potong daging nipis-nipis.<\/p>\n<p>2. Menggunakan lesung (atau apa-apa benda berat korang ada), leperkan daging. Ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Menggunakan lesung, tumbuk bawang merah, cili merah, cili padi, halia dan tomato sehingga lumat. Kalau takda lesung, blender pun boleh &#8211; tapi blend kasar je okay jangan jadikan pes!<\/p>\n<p>4. Perapkan daging dengan kunyit &amp; sedikit garam.<\/p>\n<p>5. Gorengkan daging sehingga ranggup dan asingkan.<\/p>\n<p>6. Menggunakan minyak gorengan daging, tumis bahan kisar sehingga wangi, dan masukkan daging yang telah digoreng tadi. Goreng seketika.<\/p>\n<p>7. Siap untuk dihidang!
