Ini disebabkan harga yang mahal dan perlukan jumlah wang yang banyak untuk memilikinya.Lagipun rumah dan tanah tak boleh dimiliki sekaki-sekaki. <br \/>.<br \/>Berbeza dengan emas. Memilikinya boleh sedikit-sedikit serendah Rm 100.
