• The main purpose of this system is to monitor the projects implemented at UTMDigital either in-house or outsourced.

Pejabat OSHE

• eContractor was developed to facilitate contractors to apply for permits and implement work permits more easily with the implementation speeding up permit approval. In addition, it can also share information with all parties inside and outside UTM to help monitor work and at the same time avoid incidents at work locations. This system will be coordinated by UTM’s Building Property and OSHE Office as well as the Occupational Safety Working Committee (JKKP) which is a member of all PTJ in UTM.

Pejabat HEK

• System that recognize the importance of collaboration and encourages UTM staff to engage in projects that are of benefit to the local, national and international communities, starting from MoU/MoA/LoC/LoI application, review and approval online by secretariat.
