Skills in cross-cultural communication are essential in order to minimize problems and misunderstandings that arise from cultural differences. This seminar will encourage participants to focus on their communication style and how it is affected by culture because sometimes what is said is not what is meant.<\/p>\n<p>The main objectives of this seminar are:<br \/>\n1. To understand how culture affects communication<br \/>\n2. To identify barriers to effective cross-cultural communication<br \/>\n3. To use communication skills to engage and interact successfully with students from different countries.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is free.
